When you donate to SARSA, your money will assist our efforts to improve rural education at Nai Disha. Upon receipt of your donation, we will send you a brochure, photos, and other information to share with you the impact of your contribution. We thank you for your support.

All donations can be specifically earmarked for direct transfer to children in need, direct use in community service events, or both.

SARSA’s executive board takes its mission very seriously. Overhead costs, such as promotional materials and start-up costs have been entirely absorbed by the founders. Furthermore, SARSA’s organizational structure allows for many checks that ensure SARSA does not spend any of its funds on things that do not directly accomplish the goal of service. At any point, donors are welcome to make inquiries into SARSA’s finances, and SARSA will fully disclose all requested information.

 

You can be sure that your donation goes significantly further.

As a registered student organization at USC, SARSA receives funding to supplement its budget. For every dollar that SARSA spends of its own money on an event, it generally qualifies for several more dollars from the University. SARSA is also in a unique position to start a grassroots movement for the coming generation by instilling a sense of community responsibility among students, so they will be more likely to continue their service in the future.

 

Donations to SARSA are tax exempt. SARSA does not use any donations to cover administrative expenses.
